My son has British Passport and Pakistani NICOP card. Can he travel to Pakistan?!

OR If you cant get NICOP card, you can always apply for visit visa on his British Passport. Without either of these Airline will not board them on place from UK. Regards Thanks. But for re-entering in to UK we will be alright with kid's UK passport (for him) and BRPs (and Pakistani passport) for me...

1. Should I use SET O form for me and wife (dependant)?

Hi,

I have croydon PEO appointment for me and wife (dependant) we have a kid who was born in UK (so would like to register him as UK citizen) later.

Question: he is not our dependant within ilr application (SET O form) can we still take him within PEO with us?

Hi,

For Tier 1 (G) applicants applying for ILR, do they MUST provide 12 months payslips for last 12 months immdediate to application -Just to prove that they are economically active?

Provided their 6 months salary is sufficient to claim the earning points.

Yes I have but one of the success stories at croydon on HSMP + Tier 1 as put in this morning stated that he used PBS doc. for his dependant... that's what confused me!!!
