OCI Requirement for Minor Child Parents have ILR

Hi

I would like to find out process for OCI application for Minor Child. Just for information, both me and my wife have ILR (Granted on 12/03/2015).

What documents do I need to submit for OCI Application for minor child (born on 24/04/2016)?

Hi Guru, Thanks for your reply. Yes I have been first granted my Tier 1 on 06/04/2010 therefore I will qualify for ILR on 06/04/2015. As you said I can apply 28 days before i.e 09/03/2015 on wards, I will be ok as I have a visa until 21/03/2015. Please correct me if I am wrong. Regards Ameya Pranav
