Tier 2 Application With COS issued before April 6th

Hi All,

I am going to apply for my Tier 2 General Visa shortly, but my COS was assigned before 6th of April, so could some one please confirm whether I have to submit old application form or the new one that has been released after 6th April,

It would start from dec 2013, i.e. the next day when the previous visa expires irrespective of when the application is made

Don't worry @sujnshrestha

Work start date is actually the next date when ur current visa expires, which is correct in your case,
