I am currently on student visa which will expire in Nov 2014. But on Sep 19 2014, my 10 years in UK will be completed since i first entered UK on 19 Sep 2004. Is it possible can i apply ILR this year 28 days before Sep 19 2014?

i called few immigration offices and they said i was fine because i left uk within 60 days after leaving my job and hence i had the valid leave to remain in uk during that time. if my immigration record had any problems then i wouldnt have got this new student visa which i just got to enter uk again...
