This is so so annoying. If only they had updated the rules before now.

So there's no more need for contracts?????? And a letter from the bank will suffice?????

Gosh!!!

Only God knows the number of refusals that were dished out in the last 12 months over this contract issue.

please, stop peddling false rumours.

it does NOT take ukba 5-6months to issue a visa after a decision (that is, if UKBA chooses not to challenge your decision).

the turnaround time is 2-3 months MAX.

Should a person holding Entrepreneur visa be worried about these checks/arrests? yep. nobody is safe these days. they had no business going to his house to conduct a search. all they needed was his name and date of birth to check with home office records if he had any legal issue pending with them....

i recived a letter for hearing on 20 july that my hearing will be on 20 of august, while i submited my appeal on 29 of jun 2013, my partener has not yet recived any date we applied togather, our bussiness is togather appeal is same then why different dates pls guidence pls why not call the tribunal...
