I think people are not aware that families of tier 1 visa holder can only apply for general visitor visa now. This has been like this for about two years.

Read their web page carefully, family visitor is for families of uk citizens and those who settled in uk

The dependant application form asked all addresses in 5 years, we just attached a piece of paper there.

3 years extension after 3 years initial tier 1 visa

Hi All, Not sure I am the only one but I have just received my brp card today and find out that I have got another 3 years permission. My initial visa application was submitted before 6 Apr 2010 but granted after that date, should I get 2 years extension or 3 years? Do I need to report this to UKBA?...
