CR001 wrote:1. Yes. Child born abroad is registered under section 3(1) of the nationality act.

2. Section 3 is not relevant.

3. Have you read the MN1 guidance notes? or the FAQs - Children (click)?

Many thanks CR001, as always helpful and prompt reply.

You need to state your name as it appears in your foreign passport. CR001 Many thanks for your reply. But I wonder why someone puts their name differently from their official documents. Re: Documents for MN1 without NCS checking

You would be silly not to use NCS. Not necessarily. Making the application by post is perfectly fine and saves you 100£ The only thing that you need to send is the birth certificate of your child and your ILR approval proof. For ILR approval proof, you can send the approval letter that you got when...

Your post is a bit confusing. If you are asking about child benefit, you need to ask separately from the MN1 query. HO does not accept photocopies for MN1 applications, you will need to send originals. Thank for your reply CR001. I make it hopefully a little bit clear. Basically I have recently got...

Add your pictures of your and your wife to show your relationship is still subsisting because that's all they are interested in to be honest. This is an application for Indefinite Leave to Remain, not VAF4A (spouse visa). There is no requirement to include pictures. To the OP, the cohabitation docu...
