We have 3 children.

She has been on DL since 2011.
About 3years +

She applied for indefinite to remain but
They said she's not qualified but based on
Her situation she was granted DL.

Hi all, Is there anyone who applied for ILR since June 2012 still wating for UKBA response?

Any advice on what I can do to get UKBA to speed up my ILR Application 10 years route . Its been 9 months and they recently requested for documents which i have sent to them immediately.
Any idea?

I applied for ILR (on 10 years route) on 26th June 2013. Still waiting. My wife however is on Discretionary Leave to Remain till Nov.2014.
