What i understand from my experience that as far as you are T1G applicant they will ask you to fill the form. The form is basically asks you wether you worked as self employed in last 5 year if yes which years. And are you satisfied with returns and tax paid for those years.

Oh yes within 5 minutes of submitting documents. It's a must nowadays for tier 1 G applications that's what I got the impression.

I had an appointment at Liverpool PEO, and i can confirm the old fee which I paid online was valid.

Yeah i am using new form 03/2016, but regarding the fee I think we will be alright, i saw couple of posts from the senior members and they all agreed its applicable to appointments made after 18th March .

I have a appointment on 23rd but paid 1900£ and still if you try to book an appointment it will charge you 1900£ but I believe increase will be any appointments made on 18th or after.

Tbh child is not a problem , wife is about to do life in the UK and also have sent her degree to NARIC for verification. She kept delaying but the worst thing is she is too delicate to go through this hassle in accompanying me , common man problem i believe lol
