A very quick search on Google has thrown up the Romanian embassy in Denmark! Although it is from Denmark I suspect that the information it gives is correct for anywhere. Read :-

Consular Services

-: in particular no. 2 headed "Romanian Citizenship".

Does that help?

Having taken a closer look at the EEC1 form I can see that it says :- IF YOU ARE IN A COMMON-LAW OR SAME-SEX RELATIONSHIP, EVIDENCE THAT YOU HAVE LIVED TOGETHER IN A RELATIONSHIP AKIN TO MARRIAGE FOR 2 YEARS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED. THIS EVIDENCE COULD TAKE THE FORM OF TENANCY AGREEMENTS, BANK STATEMENT...

That lists the requirements. Also, on the same website, an online application form can be completed.

Up to others to correct me if they think I am wrong but I think there is a big problem here. You talk about "partner". The two of you are not married. But the form EEC1 is to get a Residence Permit for an EEA Citizen (which in the short term does not increase their rights) and a "Fami...

Eso, judging by your previous post you have 1.5 years to go. It is not a question of waiting for the 14th year .... you need to wait for the 15th year! In other words, you need to wait until the 14th year has ended. What to do to apply? Go to :- Application Forms -: and then download a form SET(O) ....

As it appears to me, if you have had ELR for 4 years, and then ILR for at least 1 year, you will obviously not been in breach of any immigration regulations for at least 5 years (if ever) ..... and thus there will be no reason for you not to submit an application for naturalisation once ILR has been...

There are two separate restrictions on your visa :- No recourse to Public Funds Work (and other changes) must be authorised As regards the second one, there is a general permission for student visa holders to work, but work during term-time is limited to 20 hours per week. Or rather, won't the child need to wait and be included on the application form of one of the parents when they seek Naturalisation?
