Looking for partner in Construction

Hi,
I am and Engineer and starting a construction business and going to apply T1E PSW 50. I am looking for someone to really work with me as a partner for whole five years.
Being Engineer is not necessary but willing to work with me in construction industry is a MUST.

If the money is still in overseas account then positive... it does not matter where the money is as long as T1E rules are followed. I have similar situation. I haven't applied yet btw. Well answer cud be in two steps as below 1) if u r on ni then definitly they can hve ur records which will effect ur ilr 2) as u know they got contract with private company who intelligently rading on different places and even tracking the persons profiles who do even office job and if unfortunatly...

Thanks very much. Yes i did read n I was just confirming. So it means I can be granted visa initially but have to produce 2 jobs (i.e 2 Assistant Engineers in my particular case) within 2 years in order to get extension.
am I right?

If you are effectively working full-time with the contracting entity in what can be considered as a master and servant relationship, yes, you should be concerned. But this is a matter for the HMRC to determine and permit your "client" to do. It's not really a problem for the initial appli...
