The best option is go to any other eu state, excercise ur treaty rights for 6 month once they have resident card come back uae surinder singh, even u can go to Northern irelnad,

PRTB is not compulsory,tgey ask for it as they ask for utility bills etc juat to prove that u r residing in ireland, if you have u can send it if not juat write your landlord never provide you one. Many people have got their stamps without it so its not compulsory.

Yes,they r financially dependant on eu national and their spouse, and have a proof of money transfers for 3 years, on the monthly basis, like 500 euro every month .And they have other children but they r not financially able to afford thwm.thanks

Wait for the reply from eu treaty right section. Thts not a problem if ur 90 days stamp expires. They usually take about a month to send u letter,

It does not matter.freedom of movement applies.just have birth cert with u and would not be any problem.

As u are a eu national ,ur child can travel without visa to irelireland as a family member of eu national. U can get a visa on the port of entry as well.under directive 2004/38/ec.

My friend your children are entitle to irish passport if you or your your wife were resident in ireland for at atleast 3 years aat the time of child birth. If yes u can apply straight to passport office.

hi guys, if the baby of an eu national was born after 1 and half years of residence in ireland , wht can be proved , and before coming and going from ireland . i mean cant prove documentry tht eu national was residing in ireland... Any chance for the baby to get irish passport.thanks

if the divorce proceedings hvnt started yet, it will take time , during tht time ur 6 month will complete . if only 6 month left and u r not divorced yet. u would be fine and should qualify for the ilr.

immigration never ask about loans.thats between u and the bank.Thats non of there business.u would never have any problem leaving or coming back to the country.You should not be worry about it.
