A simple letter is absolutely fine. Hello All , Any body know ,Does a sponsor letter for a irish visit visa need to get stamped from a lawyer( notary public) or a simple letter would be fine,

thanks for your reply, Is it normal not to have a reciept, we thought he didnt get for some reason, Do they give to some applicant ?? And he is planning to go next month even he doesnt get FP, if nothing comes till 10th of july he would withdraw the application and go with out FP, Wht would u advis...

Dear All, A friend of mine applied 15 days ago for the EEA family permit, and today he has recieved an e mail with subject Unclassified visa approval and its says dear customer, your visa has been issued and your passport is ready for cloolection, Does thats how the say to people or something else??...

Yes it is possible,, even if you dont have ay visa and staying in belgium illegally , still you can apply for RC.

I am not sure if I remember correctly but I think Diomond tried to marry British person in UK and was removed (I may be wrong). It is possible to get married with EEA national without being removed but this is not a guarantee. I think it depends if there is suspicion that marriage is of convenience...
