Dear Amber,

I know I have asked a stupid question but forgive me I’m a bit worried ,but could you please answer why you are advising to wait then to use form MN1 and not to apply on form set ( F)?

I know MN1 cost around £673 and set ( F) cost £1051 , is there any other reason?

1.Can I apply on old form set(o) 12/2012 or should be new form SET(LR) 04/13?

2.When applying , shall i send all(my wife, children and mine) in one envelope or four separate envelopes?

Many thanks in advance.

under 13 years old

hi,
I just known that, that a child who lived in the uk for more than 7 years and currently under 13 years old can apply for ILR !!

We are living here since 08/2003 without any absence from uk just 23 days holiday in 10 years.

Any advice or anyone has same situation like that.

many thanks
