Hi All,

I'm on T1 Entrepreneur HS (PSW)

Can I start a new company to run another business, which is running a B2B website.
Can I become a non working director in this company/business?

If you don't mind, with due respects, are you sure because COP clearly mentions about switching from Tier 4 to T2 G but did not mention anything about switching from Tier 1 PSW to 2 G?

Check if you are eligible for lower threshold for new entrant or not? I am entering a contract with a new client (Ltd company), whose director is on holiday for two month. In his absence company's Operation Manager is signing contract. Is this OK for home office or not?

You MUST order it to companies house as HO do not accept print simply you can change date on downloaded CAR. You should attach £3 invoice along with CAR. I don't know whether we need to submit Certificate of Incorporation or not? Guru's MOS may can tell something.
