Re: ILR Plan - From LIUK to File Prep

LIUK doesnt have an expiry date. For LR applications, u dont need anything other than 10 year passport showing residence. Rest of the points are irrelevant. when is it a good time to do the LIUK? just before the ILR is due or one can do it long before? does the HO check NI and how much work one has...

do you have to declare cautions as well? is it not only the convictions which are to be declared?
and do cautions stay on the file? or they get erased after sometime?

i think you are making things difficult for yourself.. lets try and make it simple according to the rules, because the rules are very simple. :) 1. 20 hours max work allowed during term time 2. full time work allowed during off term. it is when you have summer, winter, Easter vacations and even afte...

nicely said by the above poster. moreover on what ground would you apply for FLR? and how would you pay for it for yourself and your dependent. flr will give you only few more months, and then bye bye, if not then you will become illegal. you cannot tell the ukvi that you cannot go because you do no...

So if I'm not mistaken, that means if I'm sponsored by my parents, I am BTW, then I'm not eligible to apply for a tier 1 and so start up a company in UK, right? No. "Sponsor" in this context has nothing to do with who is funding your studies. It means your university. They are your Tier 4...
