1. You do not need to maintain fund for 90 days. All you need is your employer mentioning in COS that they will certify maintenance for you and your dependants. you don't need any letter or proof for this. make sure you mention this in the application. YES it is CANNOT

You must withdraw your appeal and make a fresh application.

BUT I am not sure if it 28 days or X days after you withdraw your appeal.

@SimiP what is you SOC Code and what is your job description. the job has to be at NQF level 6 to be qualified for tier2 general visa.
