hi yes should have waited. called hmpo they said it shouldn't be an issue as i put the reference no on the envelop. Not sure if it makes is longer they did not say anything. I will call them again in a week to check if they received it

Once you overstay beyond the six month maximum permitted period there is no going back on that. Whatever happens after you overstay depends on the individual circumstances. Hi yes you can pro rate the salary down to 37.hours. You have to mention the hours working in your COS. So what is your SOC code and salary based on 39hrs?
