@saeedraheem have u check ur SAR report??tell us about uriimmigration history She came to UK in sep 2004, had student visa then had PSW in 2011 and tier 1 ent visa in 2013. She has no CCJ, no gaps except for a student visa refusal in 2009 which was won in appeal well within time under pankina ruling.

My wife called HO today,

She was told that you are well within the 6 months waiting period and she said it has been passed to caseworker, she has dealt with it but a decision has not been made
