I got told on phone that my eea2 was refuse and that a letter was sent to me, which i havent received. i have been classified as an overstayer, i got urgent issues back home to attend. i want my passport back. stressed up with this whole thing what urgent issues? eea 2 on the basis of....? chances ...

Be sure about one thing you are not going to be deported as long as your eea family member is exercising treating rights and is legally living in united kingdom. if you got a marriage certificate and everything needed for application you are not an over stayer. Secondly you don't need a RC to live ...

EEA2

I have been told by home office that i will receive a letter from them regarding my EEA2 application.
Could this be for more evidence?
My wife is just about to start university, could this letter be used in support as per evidence of exercising treaty as she just lost her job.

hi guys am dying of depression and problems with my wife as i no longer work to pay our bills. applied for RC September, COA received 3 weeks later permission to work. You can call to them but they won`t tell you anything. My application is being processed from 7 months and every time when I call to them I just hear wait, wait, wait. For how long? We don`t know. And that`s it. i have plans of travelling by July, will i tell them to send back my passport as i need...
