Be sure about one thing you are not going to be deported as long as your eea family member is exercising treating rights and is legally living in united kingdom. if you got a marriage certificate and everything needed for application you are not an over stayer. Secondly you don't need a RC to live ...

Could this be for more evidence?
My wife is just about to start university, could this letter be used in support as per evidence of exercising treaty as she just lost her job.

You can call to them but they won`t tell you anything. My application is being processed from 7 months and every time when I call to them I just hear wait, wait, wait. For how long? We don`t know.
