What evidence does HSMP team check?

Hello, I want to know what kind of evidence does HSMP verify in order to make their decision. I mean we add a lot of evidence, but do thay really check everything. For example, does anybody know about a call received by a reference he metioned on the evidence ? I think this will help us to know when...

They admitted the date on their site is wrong

I have just spoken with a HSMP team member. He said the date on their site is incorrect as they are not processing applications received on 25th May. They will correct that date. Actually, they haven't reach the 189xx range. My case is in that range and he assured me there is no problem with my case...

The address is:
HSMP PO Box: 3468 Sheffield

(from http://www.workingintheuk.gov.uk/workin ... /hsmp.html)

I did mention my reference number on the cover. I don't know if it helped. Anyway, they registered my additional documents 4 weeks after I sent them.

From HSMP team

I have just spoken with a member of HSMP team. My case (189xx) has not yet been allocated. She said it could be allocated in any moment.

"Real" Operational Service Level

I create this new topic because I consider a big issue that the receiving date they are dealing with shown on HSMP site doesn't fit the facts people on this forum are giving. For example, on 24 November they updated the site showing they are processing applications received on 25 May, but cases betw...

Misleading update on their site

Boom05, I share your opinion - there is a strange update on their site. Anyway, this update doesn't mean they solved all cases before 25 May; that's for sure as I found on 22nd November they haven't yet allocated my case (189xx, 20th May). The reason is they process "high priority" applica...

Good to know, but...

Hi, This is indeed a good news. Anyway, I spoke yesterday with a HSMP officer and he told me that my application (0189xx/recv on 20thMay by HO) has not been yet allocated to a case worker. So, this means either that he had no idea of what he was talking about or they are have not yet finished with a...

They don't care about us

Hello everybody, I think is time to say the truth about HSMP services. They are under any acceptable limit. All they do is hide under polite words, but facts are disappointing - no progress in one week. How they work should give us a big question mark about how things in UK are moving. First, I don'...
