My Business partner is asked for an interview but i din't receive any letter, anyone have any idea why..?? He got letter on 10/04/13 and the interview date is 25th, i am a bit confused?

Hello Guys, Applied for Visa 9 Fab, 2013 My Business Partner Got a letter today asking for an Interview under the paragraph 245DD/H. I din't receive any letter, so my question is " if the outcomes of my Business Partner's Interview is negative, would it be considered as my refusal as well..??.
