Is there any way one can contact the British Embassy in Rabat, to see if they have made or about to make a decision for a visa application? We have been waiting for a decision about my wife's visa application for more than 2 months now.

My wife has passed the English test in Morocco in July 2013, we are still waiting for the certificate.
I would like to ask if there is a telephone number here in in the UK that I can call to ask for information about when my wife will be able to receive her certificate.
