This tracker has got screwed up. I think the last valid posting was by glyyde and then shaheed posted an older version which did not have all the recent approvals, and subsequent posters are apending to this version. The glyyde version needs to be merged with the latest one.

As a matter of interest Ronhir99 did you request your application to be expedited? If so do you mind revealing on what basis you requested your application to be expedited, thanks. From Liverpool, which is Northwest area. Think positively. You will get it. You may also write to them requesting to ex...

Re: Skydrive ILR Excluding 10/14 yrs.

This is an excellent spreadsheet, or it was, someone has somehow deleted some rows from the ILR Excluding 10/14 Yrs, which has also meant some months are now missing from the summary on the right. Please find below the links for various timelines and the procedure to deal with the spread sheet. I've...

Just checked with my friend to get the details, he said what was key was not the date on his ILR, which was the date it was issued, but the approval letter that he got which contained a phrase something along the lines of "You became free from Immigration restrictions on <date>". In his ca...

I have a friend who applied for ILR in November 2011 which was subsequently granted in June 2012. In his ILR approval letter it stated that he became "free from Immigration restrictions" on December 15 2011, the date his previous visa would have expired. He applied for Naturalisation in De...

Not sure I am that optimistic, just saying you can't really make a prediction based on those numbers, but as your link rightly shows the July and August stats are appalling in terms of the mantra of 95% in 6 months. I can understand your frustration with an overdue application, I am frustrated and n...

If you look at table 2 in our trusty old FOI response https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/statistics_for_postal_applicatio#incoming-375906 you can see that the progress is not linear so you can't project out the progress to date to get a prediction for the six months. If anything they seem to be ...

Good letter, it will be interesting to see if you get a straight answer or the usual Orwellian doublespeak. The typical answer where they talk about protecting the countries borders and numerous checks carried out with various government departments, trying to pretend there is any army of people bea...

As a matter of interest how do you know the 2013 applications are being processed sooner? Nice to see some action after a few dull days here. Its interesting to read these. I guess the heat is on but then on the other hand I don't see any improvement to the old cases. I think they have decided to st...

Of course not on 05/04 LOL. I assume the data was taken between two weeks and one month before the letter date. Why? Because I have gone through some other FoI requests where it states when the data in the report was generated. Look at: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/processing_time_for_ilr...

Re: Exploring the possibility of legal action against the UK

Not sure about the law but I suspect you will be tilting at windmills here. Just as a point about those statistics in the foi letter, even though the reply was as at 5/4/2013 it doesn't actually state the date the statistics were valid as of. Looking at the maximum processing times for each month I...
