Re: Lost BRP in Mumbai-Flight in a few days!

Do you have a photocopy? Picture? I recently travelled outside UK to Europe without BRP by mistake, but was able to get in with a photocopy I always have with me. Note 1: I did not lose my BRP, it was at home all along Note 2: as long as you are genuine, you may be ok at Uk immigration but be prepar...

On what basis, are you planning to apply for tier-1 entrepreneur visa for your husband? You have not given any details on this forum to enable us to advise.

Child Travel when MN1 registration is pending

Hello My wife and I came here on work permit and became ILR holders a couple of months back. At the time, we did not apply ILR for our UK born child since we wanted to register the child as citizen through MN1 route. I sent the MN1 through an NCS office last month, and have not received the registra...

Re: ILR query || Workpermit and Tourist visa

That is my question as well. If you had a valid work visa, why did you apply for a visitor visa? Also, wonder how UKBA even issued a visitor visa in the first place? Also, were you on UK payroll all these 5 years? Any breaks? Are you being paid at or above your SOC level? Have you been paying taxes...

Hi WP2008, I just have a small query. Did you submit any letter from your employer stating number of UK absences (whether work related or not) Regards, Yes. I had about 60 days in total, both business and personal holidays. I wrote it up and requested my HR (nicely) to include it in their reference...
