Guys, good news. I phoned the Convention Centre Dublin. The next ceremony is not listed under 'upcoming events', but the lady on the phone told me that the ceremony is confirmed for the 20th January.

waiting is the name of the game...I had to wait 14 months to get my but atleast my wife got approval in 7 months (may be because she never worked or claimed anything)....now we are waiting for the invitation ....we are looking to travel to france in March ....lets hope the ceremony is in Jan 2014. ...

Hi all, Apart from the 950 bucks and two passport photographs, INIS requested a GNIB card to be forwarded to them. As a EU citizen I do not hold a GNIB card. Has anyone got recent experience with this? I have emailed their info line as well but just in case there is a delay in getting an answer from...

Also the envelope for the acknowledgement letter had a Roscommon stamp.

INIS must have moved or outsourced mail communications to RN.

Hi all
For all those who are tracking mail (new applications) sent to Tipperary and find that the shipment is either not delivered next day (Express Post), or forwarded to Roscommon:
No worries I just spoke with An Post and they tell me that a redirection service is in place, so all should be OK...
