Please do not use this COVID BIOMETRICS ISSUES ONLY discussion topic to post timelines. There is already a specific topic for FLR FP timelines only, link below. https://www.immigrationboards.com/immigration-for-family-members/flr-fp-flr-o-flr-ho-dlr-timelines-only-t212110-380.html#p1841010 I’m sorr...

Online FLR FP help needed

Hey peeps, My hubby is about to submit his 3rd FLR FP application (2nd extension) and when directed to the IHS payment page it states that he is applying for FLR (M) which he isn’t. He has called the information line and has been told that it’s all the same so don’t worry and that the case worker wi...

Re: FLR(FP) and Discretionary Leave to Remain timelines

Hi all, Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Holidays. My husband received his BRP and 30 months leave yesterday (the day before my birthday, so the best present ever!!) it only took 8 weeks from the day of biometrics but that felt long enough. I hope everyone waiting gets good news soon. Kind regar...

Re: Switching from DLR to Spouse Visa

Hiya, I posted a few days ago asking a similar thing, and still despite many hours of searching don't really know the answer. I don't know your financial situation but our plan is currently that if my husbands DLR is approved we are going to immediately apply for FLR (M) as neither of us can face th...

Applying for FLR(M) after successful FLR (FP)

Hello all, My husband has just submitted an FLR (FP) application for the 10 year route to settlement. I am trying to stay optimistic and weigh up our options and wondered if this application is successful can he then apply immediately for an FLR (M) for 5 years? We are financially exempt as I am a c...

My hubby and I have been following this thread for a while as we wait to hear about our FLRO application. I just wanted to say to those that are waiting to hear or have received bad news please don't give up hope. I understand the frustration and the despair when the HO reach a completely unacceptab...

FLR (O) help please - are we wasting our time?

Hi, I posted before regarding EEA FP but due to my mothers deteriorating health and finances we just don't have the means to leave the UK so we were hoping that we may be able to apply for 10 year route - family life. Do we stand a chance? I am a British citizen my husband is American, here as visit...

Thanks for the reply, after a day of endless searching online and calling people for advice I think we have pretty much come to the same conclusion, I am just fed up with immigration issues hanging over us so I don't think I could face a long battle tbh. In Paris the IO at border security refused to...

EEA Family permit or stay and plead Article 8? Help please

Hello, I am hoping someone can help with our dilemma. I am a British citizen living in the UK, my husband is American and currently here for 6 months (I am guessing as a visitor but I really don't know as border security in Paris refused us 3 times then finally allowed him as my husband), due to the...
