I have heard a lot like,
1. Tier 2 ICT Migrant
2. tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff
3. tier 2 ICT Established Staff..

Not sure. I don't think there is any point if they clearly say , i am not eligible. But still i see a feeble chance after 'Manci' said that the VISA Type suggests , i might have been granted visa under old rules. i have submitted a SAR to get all info they hold to see if that can reveal anything. I called UKVI, and for ILR eligibility they are asking the Date of Application only. They say the VISA type as on VISA Stamp will not matter.

My Date of Application (day when i submitted the documents to VFS) is 6th April 2010.

Right. So that date is 06/04/2010.
