This point is already under consideration at upper tribunal stage. Next hearing for that is in early June 2013.

Lodge an appeal.

Appeal and rely on recent upper tribunal case of Rodriguez.

You'll win the appeal to the extent that ukba reconsider your case and give you 7 working days to provide the missing details.

Yes it is oanda.com on the date of application, which is ate of posting, when applying within UK.

Generally 2 weeks, but could be longer.

If you have an urgency, then call them daily and explain the urgency. They do send them quickly at times.

For company you just need one document and that is CAR (current appointment report). That is printed from companies house website for £1.00 That confirms who directors are, etc. That's all that you need to provide. Signing

Best solution is investor signs in front of a legal advisor in his country.

Applicants sign in front of a solicitor in UK.

so apart from the signed undertaking, one letter from lawyer of investor and one letter from lawyer of applicants.
