Be positive, and you will get the letter soon. If not, you can apply for all four then inform the case worker that the letter is delayed and you will produce as soon as you get it. I think they will give you fourteen days time.

If your bank statement date is mid way through your approintment. You have the option of amedning the statement date. I'm sure HSBC does that for both personl and business accounts, as I recently did it to reflect my receivables.

If your spouse universitiy is listed on UKBA PBS Calculator, then you dont need to worry about her english knowledge. Just take a print out and attah wth the form when you apply.
