Re: Doc Checklist application tomorrow

proof of Reseidence: Passport should be enough, but I would suggest to take a few address proof docs, if you have. As I have seen (this forum) some people have been asked by HO On your green license part, better to have, if they ask, just to prove that there ae no points. again not mandatory Good Luck

Re: Urgent help - Additional documents requested by home off

Hi
I would suggest take a quick B1 Elglish test and send the results. I may be in the same boat, as PBS was used.
Can we know yourtimelines please?

Re: Appplication sent on April 1st arrived 7th. New fees?

Thanks CR

Remember the guy who take the fees will only look to debit fees.
Once he completes the task the next person will look at the form and he will say it's old form and I'm rejecting it..

Ask him to return it and fill the right form. Again it's your decision.

Good luck mate

Re: Appplication sent on April 1st arrived 7th. New fees?

I think you should challenge, but remember you had the old form as well.
It is the date of your posting and NOT the date they receive.Alternatively, to make life easy, ask them to reject the form and do it properly

its your choice,If I were you, I will withdraw and do it properly

Re: Fixed Penalty Notice - how to complete form correctly?

Hi Croydon council advised any fixed penalty notice need not be informed if no court fine. However, they will take a copy of your green part of licence and attach with the form if there are any points. also the guideline says that any notice within last 12 months with the exception of drunken drivin...

Re: What do they know FOI with Home office

Siraj, I don think there is going to be any transpaency on the way on how they handle applications. Also, I think there are NO process oOR AND procedure documents, even if they have one, they are not following it. They are just following a check list amd putting tick marks to take decisions, that is...

Re: What do they know FOI with Home office

Agree Simon I think they have three teams to process an application. First it goes to a team that does fees debit, this happens for all, here services levels are strictly followed, as its income to HO Second it goes to a team for background check Third all successfull applications should gets assign...

Re: Naturalization application biometric enrolment

I think no one can say for sure, until we get the new AN forms started getting processed... Lets wait and watch I don't understand the repeat process of getting Bio Moetric done again and again... at least they should have a cut off date .. i.e if Bio metric was done during the last one year, no nee...

Re: June 2014 AN Form

Dear Amber I think the date what you post is the date of posting. Not the date home office receives. I spoke to oisc consultant who clarified that. I.e if the cut off date is April 7th and if you post it by Saturday as Monday is a bank holiday you should be fine. If NCS delays to send then you are c...

HI
I have the old form, give me your email id and I will mail it

Amber,
March 2015 form is the new one to be used post April 6th, home office removed the old form that can be used until April 6th 2015

They shouldn't have posted the new form until April 6th 2015

English Language Requirement PBS Artefact

Hi,
Did anyone use PBS print out for knowledge of language requirement towards naturalisation for dependants on ILR?
Also, the AN form under section 1.22 says if you have already supplied during ILR, just put a tick mark

Any advise please?

Thanks
