Re: Bank balance

Hi Hassan, Thank you for your response. As per your reply, the first point clearly states 10 points will be awarded if I have Tier 2 Visa. Plus I tried the points calculator on the HO Website. Even it states the same thing. I also found this thread to which Manci has replied the same. http://www.imm...

Re: Maintenance requirement for Tier 2 extension

Hi, I know its an old post, but does this rule still applies now? I am planning to extend my Tier 2 Visa and my wife's Tier 2 Dependent visa. I have not maintained sufficient balance. Can I still make an application without the bank statement? I am in the same job and same sponsorer. They have issue...

Re: Bank balance

Hi Hassan, Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, my sponsorer has already issued CoS and also they will not agree to this. Plus my wife is already here in the UK for more than a month now. I just read somewhere, that if you are applying for extension of Tier 2, then you do not need to show the ma...

Re: Tier 2 Extension help required

I dont think u can apply as new entrant anymore. I am in a similar situation as you. I was offered a contract for 1 year only. Now the company want to extent my contract for 2 more years. I called up UKBA several times to check. They all said now I need to apply as experienced as I am over 26 years....

1. Yes 2. Personally wud prefer post. Payment = best method is postal order (although bit expensive) from my personal experience. I had given card details but unfortunately there was a fraud in my account and the bank cancelled my card before the UKBA took the money. 3. Yes its absolutely fine. I di...

Yes get a new contract with modifications as suggested. then apply for a new SOC. You need not provide a copy of ur contract along with your application tbh. Your sponsors just need to enter those details in your SOC while entering your details. I am not sure about the advertisement though. Is the a...

Yes. Your HR manager can log into the Sponsorship Management System and can print you off the details entered. It is always good to keep one for yourself for your records. Dont worry they are not doing you any favour. Just doing their job. So if you dont ask you wont get. I hesitated to ask for mine...

No, I did not. I only got email regarding payment clearance and biometric letter. But then I had sent a self addressed stamped registered post envelop along with my application, so that I could track as soon as they post it. Maybe that's the reason I dint get email.

Yes, my case was very much similar to yours. I used priority. They are really helpful. In fact, I had issues during my 2nd application as well. I had given my debit card details to pay, but after sending the application, there was a fraud in my bank account. So the bank decided to block my card and ...

Yes you can apply without COS. But you need to get a letter from your employer stating their license number and confirming that they will give the details as soon as COS is granted.
