Can someone tell me how much time is taking by upper tribunal once the appeal is lodged.

Because the First Tier Tribunal is taking appr 6 months. I want to how the upper tribunal speed is?? Anyone who recently dealt with them can tell his experience.

If you are not rely on your solicitor, then how on earth youare going to take advice from strangers, you never met.

Yes that's true, why not you just wait and not to panic about it. Have some patience. Now a days they are too busy and giving dates for next 5 to 6 months. And In case you applying from London, you will get it in 3 to 4 months. Calling tribunal does not make any difference, better wait for their res...

Just wait patiently, you will get date in next few weeks. Don't worry

@Sad.....judge will allow your appeal. Don't worry. 8 months wait will become your strong point. Its coming under Human Right Act, which says treat people fairly and in your case its ridiculous unfair. Finger cross - trust me.
