Re: 10 Year Partner Route FLR (FP) Application Query from Home Office

Hi AmazonianX, Thanks for your suggestion. Is it not the same form used to apply for FLR (M) and FLR (FP)? So far I can remember, I saw that the form can be used for both 5 year and 10 year route partner applications. Even if I have mixed up the form, is there any chance that the HO will consider my...

ILR Eligibility FLR (FP) OR FLR (M)

I have got my ILR last week based on 10 year long residency. Before getting ILR, I was in Tier-4 visa. My wife came here in June 2012 as a tier -4 dependent. Now I am confused about two things: (1) When or after how long my wife would be eligible for ILR? (2) My wife wants to apply FLR (M), although...

Re: 6 Months to ILR

Thank you very much for your very useful information. However, I was wondering on what ground should I mention in the FLR (FP) form. Should I enclose a cover letter mentioning the duration of my stay in the UK and ties with this country? Again, I cordially appreciate your kind consideration.

Re: 10 Months to ILR

Hi Zee Ali,
my 60 day curtailment is going to over at the end of this month. I visited my home country in March 2012. Do you know whether my 10 year application can be affected because of applying after 50 days of my curtailment letter (but still within 60 days of curtailment)?

Work right of tier 4 dependent

Hi, I am a tier 4 student and going to start my course from June 2013. My program is level-7 and it is for 10 months (I should be granted additional 2 months, as it is mentioned in the policy guidance of tier-4). However, I would apply for leave to remain in the last week of May 2013, and wondering ...
