applied visa on 29 aug 2012......got enquiry on 12 march...asked more proof for advertisement, CV, bank statement mentioning 50k still avaibale. send them documents on 28 march and they received them 3rd of april. got decision on letter n 29 april refusal but this refusal was made another case work...

They also consider your educational background and past work experience. Your business should relate to both. They called you for interview probably for this reason and were not satisfied with the answers you gave them.
