Generally you should get back your documents in 10 days but at the moment Passport office is under Choas ...

Did you ask them to stop processing the Passport and return back your documents ?? Is that what you mean

as it is not signature..this should be k I think.. give a quick call if you know any solicitor.... I have filled my refree address as he forgot to do so.. Think like this you can always fill the application online then get a printout and then u generally get a signature of the refree .. u are fillin...

I think u dont need to do ESOL as you have a UK degree

going by this.. https://www.gov.uk/english-language

If somewhere in the degree certificate if it says that your degree is taught in English.. that shud suffice I imagine..

cant be true accroding to what I understand from gurus in this forum..

The parents should have ILR before the kids birth for the kid to get citizenship.
otherwise it 5 yrs stay for the kid and 1 Yr on PR..

Your children are British by descent as you are British by birth. I would imagine that they are eligible for UK Passports...

14 months ?? there should be something wrong with your application .. otherwise 14 months for a TIER 1 is bizzare.. sorry thats the only thing that I can imagine of..

Everytime I applied for an application with UKBA.. the waiting time was tooooo long . It so happens exactly when I apply :shock: :P :oops: .... In 2012 I applied Tier 1 General by post in Feb and it took exactly 110 days becoz UKBA was busy sorting out VISAs for ppl who are participating in Olympics...
