As you say that your application is easy ... better u send by by post NCS is only a check point where they verify all the documents so that UKBA dont come back with a query .. its not a mandatory service fyi..... .. On what basis does he become a professional ? U have to check that list of professional's considered as UKBA suggested.

Not everyone who is working in a reputed organization becomes a professional even though they have a title as Project Manager..
