ILR VS dependent and HSMP

My wife will be eligible for ILR as she has got 5 years continuous WP since 2004. Are you saying that I can switch tas her dependent and can get ILR with her. Or you are not sure.

I have been given name of company who is a umbrella company and ready to sponsor work permit. They have already confirmed that they are ready to sponsor WP. I am not sure whether it is true. Please comment.

What are the documents needed to convince HSMP to get 35 points. I had sent the experience certificate only to claim 35 points but they have awarded 25 only. Please advice the documents or other related docs to be send to score 35 points.

Documents to claim wifes's qualification points

You need to send the Degree certificate awarded by university to get points on educational experience or wifes graduation.

I have managed to talk to them today again. I have been told that my case will be allocated to case worker some time next week. They also told me that I can expect result within two weeks.
