My wife granted UK Entry Clearance visa spouse/sp on 02/09/2012
for 27 month, application was submitted early 2012 but was refused and we have appeal and get it, can you please tell me when she can apply for indefinite leave to remain.

It's really not that big a deal. If they've debited the money then they're working on your application. If you want some peace of mind then maybe email them and ask about your application. I have applied Naturalization on 15th April and fees has been debited
on 22nd april, haven't had Acknowledgement yet it is already almost 10 weeks
since the payment.
