What you have quoted is correct. You, however, have not said you had continuous residence under a Tier 2 ICT before April 2010. Also a WORK PERMIT is not the same as Tier 2 ICT but refers to a category of visa made redundant after the introduction of the PBS system. Thanks for the clarification. My...
