Residential Requirements, Date of first arrival in the UK

Hi All, I first came to the UK in September 2004 on a student VISA and left the UK in January 2007 after finishing my studies and without overstaying. I then applied for the IGS Visa ( Post Study work) and re-entered the UK in November 2007. I will be applying for naturalisation next week and have a...

Re: Address history during my absence from the UK

Thanks a lot JohnnyZee and secret.simon for your responses. I have checked my travel dates and I was in India between June 27th 2014 and December 17th 2015, so it is under 6 months. Yes, I applied for ILR via the Tier 1 general route. I am certain I have not broken any immigration law ( I appreciate...

Re: English Language Requirement for dependent

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

I think it is too late now to get the letter from the university.

The final transcript (original) states at the bottom that the medium of Instruction was English. Would this suffice?

Thanks.

English Language Requirement for dependent

Hi, I will be applying for ILR shortly for myself and my dependent wife. I have previously proved my English language requirement as part of my initial Tier One application and so need not prove this by taking the test again. My wife has a degree that was taught in English in India but it is not rec...

I work through an umbrella company and I have noticed that there is a discrepancy in the amount in the payslip and the amount credited in my bank account for the last month. The discrepancy ...
