Thank you NORTS. Yes it was a very long stressful year. Even our MP didn't get anywhere and several letters of complaint. We were really starting to get very worried. Thanks to all in this forum for all the support. We wish you all well and good news very soon x

ILR (SET M) VISA finally granted after 1 year and 1 Month!!!

Ours was a SET (M) application and straightforward case. I am a British Citizen. Hi All the best to all that got their ILR. Looks like UKBA are really processing oct/nov applications. I have been waiting 7.1/2 months now, should be on my holiday 12 of july but thats all wasted now lost all hope. :( We applied end of October 2012 and nothing yet! We are waiting 8 1/2 months now ...

That is unusual for SET(M) application. Normally, SET(M) is processed quicker than the others. Did you ask for your case to be expedited? Yes but only in this latest email to Rob's office copied to my MLA etc. When did you email to rob office and did you hear anything from them. Can you please emai...
