Thank you NORTS. Yes it was a very long stressful year. Even our MP didn't get anywhere and several letters of complaint. We were really starting to get very worried. Thanks to all in this forum for all the support. We wish you all well and good news very soon x

Finally we can report that my Egyptian husband got his ILR Visa SET (M) after an incredible wait of one year and one month! No reason or excuse given for this appalling service apart from the current backlog of cases. Postal application for Indefinite Leave to Remain sent on 29 October 2012 ...

ILR (SET M) VISA finally granted after 1 year and 1 Month!!!

Ours was a SET (M) application and straightforward case. I am a British Citizen. New Rules on Minimum Eraning Requirement

Hi All the best to all that got their ILR. Looks like UKBA are really processing oct/nov applications. I have been waiting 7.1/2 months now, should be on my holiday 12 of july but thats all wasted now lost all hope. :( We applied end of October 2012 and nothing yet! We are waiting 8 1/2 months now ...

That is unusual for SET(M) application. Normally, SET(M) is processed quicker than the others. Did you ask for your case to be expedited? Yes but only in this latest email to Rob's office copied to my MLA etc. When did you email to rob office and did you hear anything from them. Can you please ...
