Hello Expert, I received Work permit by Jan 2008 ,the first entry was 26 may 2008 . I got my Tier1 by 26 May 2009.The current Tier 1 expires on 26 May 2014. Shall I apply ILR before 28 days,which is 09-MAY-2013 ? OR I should apply after completing 5 years only? I have PEO on Thursday.Please advise A...
