EU Permanent residence tranfers

Hi everybody, my turn to put a question now  I've heard that from the 1st of january 2006, a new law comes into effect in the EU regarding Non-EU nationals holding a permanent residence in any EU country. It seems that once this law is in place, a permanent residence permit holder in one EU na...

it is better you contact your local Belgian embassy and ask them

At the least, your niece will require proof of finances, and an offer for the apprenticeship from the organization she wishes to work for.

Good luck

The answer to your question is no. Having a work permit does not entitle you to automatic naturalization. The general rules for nationalization are as follows. 1. You ought to have lived legally and continuously in The Netherlands for five years. You'll have to provide documentary evidence for this....

Hi akram,

You'll first need to find a job in The Netherlands, and get your employer to sponsor your work-permit for you. Once that is done, you can proceed with the rest.

You can find more details here http://www.ind.nl. There is an english site as well.

Hope that helps

If you are an EU citizen, you can stay in the Schenegan area for any length of time, as long as you don't ask for unemployment money or welfare payments.

If you are the non-EU spouse of an EU national, you still need a staying permit though.

Agencies are ready to offer contracts in sap in belgium or germany if i can sort work permit or visa. Anil I'm sorry but you'll be better off avoiding such agencies like the plague. In most EU countries, you'll have to show proof that you have been married to your European spouse for at least three years before you can get a citizenship based on marriage. This means that if you marry your fiance now, you'll be able to apply for a French citizenship only after three years.

Whatever you do, DO NOT try to change your visa type while remaining in France, you'll get into a lot of trouble. hope ...
