HI all,

Yesterday we were granted ILR for both myself and my wife in Croydon PEO.
It took between 1 -2 hours to get our decision after submitting my application.

Thanks for all of your help and useful posts which gave me confidence to apply on my own without needing any ripp off fee for lawyers.

Can you please tell me what documents you submitted as cohabitation proof?
If possible can you post the cover letter (delete your personal info)?

Hi vc2013, I did checked that post, its purely based on you luck.... By the way did you booked the appointment? If so which PEO and what date? Iam planning to book the appointment in this week or next week based on the availability of slots in last week of August as my visa expiry date is 20-Sep2013...

Hi Vinny,

Do you mean that we both can apply to ILR at same time i.e. Sep.2013 even though she is not on my dependent visa for 24 months or 2years!!!!
My wife dependent visa runs from Dec-2011 to Sep-2013 before that she is in UK with Tier 1 visa.
We both are in the same house since 3 years.

My ILR is due in Sep-2013. I got married in Dec-2010, as my wife already got Tier 1 visa i didn''t changed her into my dependent until Dec-2011. Is she eligible for ILR in Sep-2013 as my dependent??? By sep-2013 she will be completing only 21 months but as per new rule is she need to be in dependent...
