Re: Urgent Tier 1 Visa rejected-Please immediately advise /

can you re-submit by 6 April as a new application? As no further extension after 6 April that why not have a re-try? If not successful, then you can try to appeal.

Urgent help needed! Return of documents by 6 April

I applied T1 General extension by post in early March and need to get back documents by end of March. If I request the return of documents today 24 March, it says within 10 working days which is just right before 6 April. If it takes less than 10 working days, it should be fine. But what if overdue?...

T1 General ext till 2015 - short fall for ILR?

Worrying about this! I got my T1 General right before 6 April 2010 where the old rules were applied and got my first extension in April 2013 for two years (due to expire in 2015). However as my time outside UK was more than 180 days before 2013 that I need to apply for a second extension in April 20...

Re: Tier 1 General Extention Refused self employed via ltd

Looks good! Actually I am looking at setting up my ltd/umbrella as well as PAYE has been far less tax efficient. The main issues I need to figure out are: 1. whether or not ltd/umbrella are accepted and 2. if so, how it works? which part of earnings can be calculated as Tier 1 earnings. I know, for ...

Re: Tier-1 General Migrant, second extention question

extension is based on the rules when your visa was first granted. I called the UKBA enquiry line and the lady on the phone told me that is the case, always based on the requirements of your first time visa was granted.

umbrella/limited company as for T1 (G) extension earnings

I am on Tier 1 General visa and just got a new job. I wonder if I can choose umbrella company or limited company for my tier 1 General extension as I assume my earnings will be assessed. If I can choose umbrella/limited, how my earnings will be calculated? PAYE will be fine but not good for tax. If ...

A 12 month earning-period is defined as a period of 12 months in which all earnings garnered are counted; it is not defined as being 12 monthly payments to the exclusion of anything else. Sounds good. One more question. If I submited applicaiton already without claiming the earnings on 30 Mar 2012,...

Yes, if both entered your account and appear on statements with dates that fall within the 364 day window. Do you actually need this extra month to score sufficient points? BY doing so may not in line of UKBA Tier 1 earnings regulations? Seems they need just 12 month period earning, and mine will b...

T1 General Ext - Earnings and Claiming period

For the T1 General extension, the claiming period is on calander year basis. If I claim 30 Mar 2012- 29 Mar 2013, and my salary payment day is the final working day of each month. It so happens that my Mar 2012 salary was paid on 30 May and my Mar 2013 salary was paid on 29 Mar 2013. Can I claim bot...
