hi my company have applied for restricted cos after RLMT in August 21 2013 , so that they supposed to get COS allocated in Sep but received an email from UKBA saying due to number of COS applications received we were not been able to process your COS so the team of UKBA will visit ur company in OCT ...

2.will i be able to apply starightaway after reciving a new RCOS or i have to wait some time after refusal like is there any cool off time .

right i got your point , chosing a wrong Soc code is a mistake from the employer nothing to do with the immigration officer their decision stands .. should i ask my empolyer to get in touch with the UKBA and see if they can do something to revert the decision .. hi there i have done my IELTS BACK IN 2010 which is already expire and i dont have any other language evidence ..

my question is that do i have to re take Ielts exam to fullfill my english requirement or i can use the one i have previously passed in 2010. please advice.
