Hi,
I have applied for Tier 1 Entreprenuer from India in July. Unfortunately I got refused in August.
Now my wife is Applying for Tier 4 and I am going to be her dependent.
My question should I apply with her or let her do application first then me applying later ?

Please fight for our rights. You definitely win in appeal.
They can not reject you previous immigration history. When you were applying you had legally staying in the country.

Choose good lawyer and fight for your rights..

Sorry to hear about refusal.

I request to all applicants if you have proper paperwork according to UKBA please then only apply. Because UKBA is only making money from us and want us all to kick out from UK. Just like USE and THROW. Please don't be victim.

We should write petition against them. They can't keep our documents for 8-9 months and make our life hell. If they don't want to give Visa then they should close this category as well.
