Filling Form MN1 under section 1(3)

Hi All, I'm filling the form for registration under 1(3) - I obtained my ILR and then my daughter was born. I and my spouse currently hold Indian passports. My daughter is just 4 months old, does not hold any passport at present and has never travelled out of UK ever since she was born here. Based o...

Your immigration status has 2 elements:
- category (Tier 1 G), which would remain the same, unless you want to change it to something else
- expiry, which would change with ILR (from limited leave to indefinite leave)

Employer letters

Just a quick note about the employer letters produced:
- they only mentioned the fact that I was employed with them and the dates of employment, they did not mention anything about when I was away from the country etc.

Thanks

Thanks for your quick response.

For a child born in the UK, is there any time limit or deadline for the Indian parents to either apply for an Indian Passport+UK visa for the child OR to apply for its registration as British?

Guys, I would appreciate if anyone could provide some guidance for my situation. I have a PEO appt in Aug-2013 for ILR (myself + my wife as dependent). My current status is Tier 1 General which is expiring at end of Aug so need to apply in the same month for ILR, as I qualify for it now. We are expe...

I guess you would only need to enter the payroll amount that gets paid monthly. What I understand about monthly pay is the salary and not the dividend. Anyway, you will show the total gross separately for qualifying purposes, so you are not hiding anything. Evidence - if your accountant is providing...
