I do not pay council tax but in the document upload area and in the checklist, they are asking to upload council tax document. Should I leave it blank and do not upload anything there as i do not pay council tax

If your wife relies on her own income, your finances have no relevance. I got my ILR via 10 years route and in the citizenship forum, they have asked your applications history so I need to mentioned all of them. Will they not check my passport for visa stamps? one more question comes in mind which is his curtailment leave will finishes on 5 july 2015. will he get 28 days after 60 days finishes? normally when our visa finish, we get 28 days after the last date on visa. HO count it overstay days but it doesnt break 10 years ILR. can he do that ?
